I want to consume more Raw material then the BOM quantity of FG item..

I receive error(Quantity to Consume cannot be higher than the Remaining Quantity) when I add more quantity in (quantity to consume field) then BOM (Quantity) field.

How I can add extra consumption in Assembly order.

    Hi

Have you tried to change the Quantity per? in this case 1.5?

I'm 90% sure that you must increase the Qty Per (as the other poster said).  Assembly orders are not like production orders which would allow this by default.  They are intended to be "backflushed."

It would be relatively easy (less than 2 hours) to write an AL extension to "automagically" increase the Qty Per when you try and consume extra.
