All the time.  You need two import files, one for the sales order header and a separate one for the line items.  The first file contains ONLY one record for each sales order.  The second contains the data for the line items.

We do it all the time.  This is why the model IM has multiple files.

I've tried that but the results I get is either a bunch of orders with one line item or just one order with one item, then the integration fails due to "Doc no already exist". Here's what I have on my two file: Header- Type,Cust_id,Type_id,Doc no

Lineitem- Item no, QTY, Doc no

    Linked by Doc no

Is there any other setting I need?

    thanks

I've got it, during the mapping, I went to Items>>Options , change the Record Source to my line-item file.

    Thanks
