I would like to create a task for multiple accounts. I tried a quick campaign but task isn't an activity listed. If I select multiple accounts the task is not enabled.

You can't do it that way, but there there is a pretty easy work around.
Create a new On Demand workflow that runs on account. The workflow will create a task with whatever details you want. Now you need to get a list of the accounts, either in a view or through the advanced find. Select the accounts you want (or all) and then you can run that workflow for all of them at once. This will give you a task for each account.

You can bulk create Tasks with a Campaign, but not with a 'Quick Campaign'

You can add multiple accounts in marketing list then create a task and set regarding field to the marketing list you created,
This will give you only one task for multiple accounts.
I don't see tasks under the Campaign either
