I GET THE FOLLOWING WHEN I SELECT PRINT CHEQUES FROM TRANSACTION-PURCHASING-PRINT CHEQUES. THIS HAPPENED AFTER POWER CUT AND THE PRINTING WAS INTERRUPTED. THE BATCH STSTUS IS 0 AND HAVE CLEARED SY00800, 801, DEX_LOCK, DEX_ESSION (tempdb).

error: another user is printing computer cheques for the chequebook ID assigned to this batch ID. you can print cheques for this batch ID after the other user has finished printing.

RE: CANT SELECT BATCH TO PRINT CHEQUES

    Hi Santiago,

Have you tried to clear the stuck batch with following script on the company database.

    UPDATE SY00500 SET MKDTOPST=0, BCHSTTUS=0 where BACHNUMB=’XXX’

(Where ‘XXX’ is the batch ID of the batch that is stuck in posting / Receiving / Busy / Marked etc.)
