Hi, I'm getting an error after adding a JS library, and function below is assigned to
OnLoad event.

2043.CrmError.png
function ShowCustomerFields()
{
	//    Xrm.Utility.alertDialog(" Test");
}
tested with an empty function, still get the error

one of the scripts for this record has caused an error
typeError:ShowCustomerFields() is anot a function at eval(eval atRunHandleInternal ...

any ideas what causes this ? Thanks

    This is due to the new form rendering in crm 2015. Go to system settings and turn legacy form rendering on. This should solve the issue.

    Hi Wissam Bakri,

    Please remove the brackets Onform Load.Its Should be ShowCustomerFields not ShowCustomerFields() .

    Thanks

    Do not use "ShowCustomerFields" as name of the function instead on temperory basis name the function with "test" and then check the functionality, it will surely work.

    I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as a Verified answer.

    Thanks,

    Saw exactly this error the other day, removing the () after the function resolved. Seems that this happens since turbo forms as having the brackets wasn't a problem in the past.
