Window Note is not updating based on customer selected

Hi,

Window Note is not updating based on customer selected.  If I update test 11 in windows note, it appears in other customers also. This is happens in currency ID note  in customer options also.

    The Note window you are using is the Note window for Customer Maintenance in general.  If you want to add a note to a specific Customer, you need to use the Note that is next to the magnifying glass on the Customer ID line.

    Frank is correct and this confuses a lot of people. To put a note against the customer, use the note icon shown below.

    The note you are using is a note against the Customer Maintenance window itself. You might use this for say putting standard operating procedures in, used for setting up a customer, or a list of short codes or something like that that is handy to reference straight from the window.

    Window notes are available on most of the GP form windows.
