Currency exchange rates are not updating in 27.2 version

Hi Everyone,
I recently enabled the update from 26.5 to 27.2 version. After upgrading to 27.2 version currency  exchange rates are not updating. We are using XE.com service URL. 
 
any one facing the same issue after moving to 27.2 versions.

    Hello ,
     
    After 27.2, the XE.com URL no longer returns valid XML (often HTML/redirect/auth), so BC throws “Root element is missing” and stops updating rates. It’s not your setup or Job Queue. Check the URL in a browser to confirm, update to the latest 27.x CU, or switch to ECB unless you rebuild XE using their current API.

    This could also be a problem with the XE.com service; try other services instead.

    Even currency rates are updating in 27.2 version when i uninstall my custom extensions. the custom extensions currency rates are updating in 26.5 version.
