Hi, the email router is set in one organization with incoming and outgoing settings in 2013 on-premise and it's working great . But when i try the same setting for different organization incoming and outgoing emails failed.
P.S i tried restarting the services..
Any help?

Are you using same email router for multiple organisation ?? make sure you are proving correct details about your second organisation, also first check you are able to browse that url from the browser.
