Hello, Im an MS365 business customer so i may be in the wrong area? as i dont know what 'Dyamics means'. I would be happy for some guidance to where to go but I have several MS issues which need resolving, I dont feel competent to do this myself and I know no IT person who could help. My ID for MS is outdated and I wish to get rid of it and start afresh. Can anyone remotely help talk me through it? Im based in Wellington New Zealand. I have lost confidence with this product as afew years ago i didnt get the notice to resubscribe my website and i lost it and all my emails in MS365. I no longer use 365 for emails but willing to give it ago. I have 2 laptops and though im certain i downloaded 365 as every time i open word it says 365 yet when i go into my laptop to look into settings it says windows 10 home?? can someone please explain that one? As I am getting a message my security version is old? How can that be when im subscribed at business full 365 premium? I wish to reset my whole profile and just use 365 email, so when i set my joomla website i will have to direct it to somewhere? Im trying to run my business but this tech stuff has effected the business for so long. I have no one i can access unless i hire a computer geek person. Thanks I have two microsoft profiles too which i dont understand as one doesnt operate due to having lost the website and therefore the email address for that id doesnt evenwork.

Here are a few options for IT support:
1. You can try 1-800-Microsoft, the only possible issue is that we are not sure if that works when calling from New Zealand.
2. You may also go to support.microsoft.com where there are multiple paths to support - including a virtual agent (under CONTACT US)
If you are unable to resolve after these options, please reach out to me and we'll hunt down other paths.
