    Hi,

You have various options for integration.  Two of the most commonly used options are custom code and a 3rd party tool called scribe.

For custom code, take a look at the sdk:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=82E632A7-FAF9-41E0-8EC1-A2662AAE9DFB&displaylang=en

For scribe, take a look at their site:

    Hi,

Other options would include using BizTalk and it's CRM Adapter (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=abd3bb9e-a59a-4eb6-8de8-fb25b77926d7&DisplayLang=en). I would recommend only if you already have BizTalk in production.

You can also use SQL Server Integracion Services and some custom code. Take a look at this blog post: http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2008/05/07/integrating-crm-using-sql-integration-services-ssis.aspx.

But for any serious and professional integration I would recomment Scribe Insight (http://www.scribesoft.com)

    David

Maybe I am selling a bit about alternatives... Mercure Nomad is an end-user, mapping centric product that can import and integrate data from external system to CRM, and Mercure Resident is the server equivalent.

    Hi,

You can do this with Tenfold, a third-party connector. Our software integrates MS Dynamics

To connect, check out this page: www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics
