WORK-ID not attached to the correct load

Hi,
Someone one of our released loads for which has no WORK-ID attached to the load itself.
LD-1107180


I have managed to locate the correct WORK-ID, can this please be allocated to LD-1107180 so work can be completed against the load?
WRK-03752880

 
Can you please suggest on the above issue?

    Not sure what caused it, it is normal in the test environment. I suggest you click the cancel work button and try again.

    When we cancel the work the status of the Load changes to Posted and we are not able to process the work again.
