Question on sharing records with other users

Hi Community,

In CRM it is possible to share records with other users.

When sharing you can see the exisiting activities for the record that you shared.

However, new activities created after you have clicked on share are not shown to the user you are sharing with.

Does anyone know a workaround for this?

When I share a record, it means I want to share past and future related records (activites or other) otherwise I will just cancel sharing.

Thanks much!!

    Hello.

This behavior is correct. If you want to share your data after creation you have to implement a job (workflow, JS-Script, Plugin) to share the created data with one ore more users/teams. It is also important to consider that relationship model of the entities. Let us say entity A is parent of B, so you have to make sure, that Sharings on A are also done on B.

    Kind regards,
