Scenario
1. Account 1
2. Account 2 with opportunity and email related to the opportunity
But the email that associated with the opportunity show in Account 1.
PS : Account 2 is not child record of Account 1.

I have the same question (0)Finally ,root Cause found.
This is because of Activity rollup view.
In my case was child contact in Activity Party.
