Hello folks,

I have a requirement where i have to send an email to the owner of the record regarding all the changes made to that particular record in the last 30 minutes. Suppose, i made change to record at 12.00 pm then it should send email at 12.30 pm including all the changes made in between 12.00 pm till 12.30 pm.

Is this possible?

Hi Bhupendra,

In that case you can go for custom workflow or plugins where you can get preimage and postimage as well.

Actually, I want old and new values of those fields in email. I have written one workflow which runs on update. After first update, it waits for 30 minutes and then custom workflow starts. In custom workflow, i am trying to get audit history details.

Hi Bhupendra,

You can achieve this using workflow , let say you are assigned particular record to team. So your workflow will have update event of the entity. In workflow you can set wait time that will be calculate last modified date time and after 30 miniutes wait time you need to send email. You can prepare a mail template of the values of fields and send the record information to the team assigned to particular record.

This one pretty complicated. But sure you can do it. You can create Console app that will trigger every 30 minutes.

Then in that one, you need to run query for every entity you want to audit with criteria is modfiedon between time begin and time end.
