Hi everyone,
As we know, if we have a primary contact in an account, CRM will display all the activities in Social Pane related to that contacts as emails, etc..My concern is, if I create a custom entity, and I also want to have a field call primary contact and when a contact is set, all the information of that contact activities will be displayed on Social Pane. How can I do that ?
