Hello All,

I am customizing RESCO Mobile CRM by using WoodFord solution in D365. Can somebody please tell me is this free or not? When I published my first project, trial days count has started counting. I have two queries. See below:

1) Is Woodford Solution free?

2) Is RESCO Mobile CRM app free?

If not then after purchasing licenses, will my trial solution be converted into Non-Trial version?

if Anybody has experience using RESCO Mobile CRM, please share your experience. Thank You!

Hello,

Woodford solution is used to configure Resco Mobile CRM App so there is no difference.

Resco Mobile CRM App is not free. Here is pricing - https://www.resco.net/pricing/

Hi,

If you are using it for Dynamics 365 for Field Service then this applies:

1) Yes, it is free

2) Yes, it is free

30 days after installation your trial will expire. You need to contact MS Support to get a licens - please see "Help" how to do that. It will not automatically be converted into a Non-Trial version.

Hi Zeshan,

the free trial counts from the first publish of a project in Woodford.

1. After the free trial, Woodford is only available for our customers (i.e. is included in the price of a paid license).

2. Yes, "out-of-the-box" Resco Mobile CRM is free for unlimited time. If you customize your Resco, you can test it for 30 days after which the app reverts to the previous non-customized ("out-of-the-box") state.

I am relaxed now. I found what I was looking for.

1. After the free trial, Woodford is only available for our customers (i.e. is included in the price of a paid license).

--ZESHAN: Yes, I got licences as these were included in Dynamics 365 Field Service from Micsoroft. We just need to request for it.

2. Yes, "out-of-the-box" Resco Mobile CRM is free for unlimited time. If you customize your Resco, you can test it for 30 days after which the app reverts to the previous non-customized ("out-of-the-box") state.
