We have Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners as part of our Legacy Gold benefits. Does this include a form of Power Apps and Automate licensing like equivalent of Power Automate Premium / Per-User and/or Power Apps Premium / Per-User?

Hi,

You have mentioned that you have the Dynamics 365 IUR Legacy Gold benefit, which according to our search includes a license for Microsoft 365 E3, and according to the official documentation Microsoft 365 licenses can be used with the basic Power Automate connector, see the documentation in the link below. Please refer to the documentation in the link below.

In addition, Microsoft had a Dynamics 365 CE license in 2019, which made Power App and Power Automate separate, please refer to the article in the link below.

By the way, our test account is using Dynamics 365 CE Trial license, which includes Power Apps and Power Automate, of course this is just a reference, your situation may be different.
