How to incorporate palletizing activity in a SIMPLE Warehouse setup

Hi Experts,

My organization prefers to use SIMPLE Warehouse setup over advance warehouse setup as we have a relatively small warehouse team and thus does not require the functionality that advance warehouse setup provides.

With that in mind, what option do I have to address palletizing activity in the warehouse?

Incorporate palletizing activity into production order? assembly order?

Kindly please advise.

Objective 1: To monitor the labour capacity on any given day. (Main Objective)

Objective 2: Consume palletizing material (Optional)

If you only use warehouse shipments and warehouse receipt, it should be the simplest warehouse function.

But these settings are all on location, you can try it first.
