Hi all,

1. Does anyone know if it is possible to add everyones personal signature (same as outlook) when sending e-mail from BC? for example an invoice or quote?
2. If two people are sharing one login in bc, is it still possible to change sending from to their own e-mail?

:)

I have the same question (0)

It's not possible by default to have different signatures automatically based on the sender. By default, you can set a standard email body, which you would need to edit manually each time to change to a different signature. So if you want to do this, you can manually change the signature each time.

Alternatively, you could use third-party add-ons to enable this feature, or customize the system to achieve it. For example, here is one add-on which adds this functionality - Configure Email signature - Dynamics 365 Business Central

Business Central doesn’t support individual Outlook-style signatures. BC’s native email functionality is limited in these areas.

    Hope this helps:

For sender customization, either use separate logins with delegated permissions or implement AL code to dynamically select the sender email address.

It should be possible to customize it.
For example, create a new table to store all user signatures.
Then add it automatically when creating an email, or let the user modify it manually.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks
