Hi, everyone!

I have an issue with the business process flow when i try to move to next stage  the button not respond, and dont call any event. BTW, the button i refered to is working between two different entities. In the same entity the button works propertly. Also, the issue is only present in one enviroment, on the dev enviroment work's fine.

This is the problem, when the button is clicked nothing happen

    Hello,

If you don't have customizations or developments that would impact the BPF Stage update, that issue can be related with the environment itself. I would advise to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

The button itself is OOTB and cannot be customized.

Please mark the answer as verified if helpful.

I recently had the same issue. Button was visible, everything looked fine. But clicking on it didn't do anything.

Solution was simple: activate the BPF (under Processes or in Customization Area). My BPF was still in draft mode :-)

Hi, thx for reply . I wish that will my solution but not.

We elevate the issue to the MS Team, they tell us that it is a very strager one issue and they ever didn't see anything like that.
