Business Central Login Issues

Is anyone else having problems logging in to Business Central? I'm the only user in my company who can't login, everyone else can. We're using the US localization and I get this error when I try to login:
 
 
I tried adding /connectivity at the end of the BC url and I get the results below:

 
The application service connectivity error doesn't make any sense. I'm using the same Business Central URL as every one else in my company.

    Hi, some of the login issues for BC can be a bit annoying to deal with. A lot of it is going to be trial and error steps.
     
    Here is what I would try in order:
    1. Assign SUPER permissions to your account and then try logging in.
    2. If that doesn't work try a new browser (i.e. - if you are using Chrome try Edge)
    3. If you get the same issue I would use an incognito/private browser window. If that fixes it you may want to clear your cache and cookies.
    4. If nothing above fixes it you may want to un-assign the license from your account in the admin center and then have a user update the users in Business Central. After they have been updated you can re-assign it and upate the user list.
     
    If none of those steps work you may want to refresh the environment in the admin center.

    I am also in US but it's perfectly fine.
    Try in incognito mode and see.

    I just tried BC Tenant in the US and it worked fine.
    Perhaps this is a customization issue? Try uninstalling all third-party extensions from the admin center and then try again.

    I’m using the US version only, and it’s working perfectly fine for me. Could you please check whether there is any custom extension installed? If so, try removing it and then log in again. Alternatively, you can try logging in to another sandbox or environment.

    Hello,
    Looks like not a general Business Central outage. Since everyone else in your company can log in, and your test shows internet, authentication, and environment discovery all pass, the BC URL is probably fine. The failure is later — application service connectivity / web server / web client start — which usually means something specific to your PC, browser profile, network path, proxy/VPN, extension, or security software is blocking or timing out the connection. The “version endpoint does not exist” part is usually just a misleading symptom here, not proof that you used the wrong URL. Best quick checks: try InPrivate/incognito, try another browser, clear cookies/site data for BC and Microsoft sign-in, disable extensions/VPN/proxy/security web filtering, and test from a different network like a hotspot. If hotspot works, it’s almost certainly your local/corporate network path, not Business Central itself.

    Hi there, the company where I work is having the same issue. More than seven users are affected; it’s not working for those using Android OS on the Vodafone network. We are based in Australia. Any ideas?

    I believe this might be a permissions-related issue. It is possible that you do not have the appropriate permissions to log in. Additionally, please verify that a valid Business Central license has been assigned to your user account by the administrator.
