Adding our own filters in list page

Hi, want to add my custom filter as the fields just above the grid..

Like this added in ListPlus page

But I want to do it for the List Page too.

when i add the filter it is not editable

to filter records I have to click the EditList..

Is there any way to make it editable without clicking the EditList..
