Workflow for field record changes

Hi,
 
I have done to setup workflow for field record changes as below
and change record as below
 
and go to "requests to approve" and approve, then error poped up.
 
Please help me out from this issue!

    Hi,
     
    Are you opening Request to Approve page from the user session who is set as Approver in the workflow?
     
    Only approver can see approval entries.

    Yes, both are approver and can see the list on request to approve. but once approve, that error msg pops up

    the message seems to suggest there is no changes found the prior value and the updated value of payment code. since the request approve went through, its likely the workflow setup is correct. In another word, the values are the same so there is nothing to approve.
     
    you could try to following, with workflow enabled, change the payment terms and save the page. create a sales order and see what value default to the SO.
