Connect a business process flow with other business process flow

I have two business process flow (Oportunidad and Oferta) and I want connect it between them.

When I finished the last step of "Oportunidad" business process flow, the user must continue in the first step of "Oferta" business process flow, How can i relate them?

But as a resume, a business process flow can gather multiple entities. So you can develop a BPF that starts with your "Oportinidad" and then jump to your other entity "Oferta", and that will make a unique BPF with your two entities, making a simple flow for your users.
