I have an app which where I need to implement ticketing system. I have an option of zendesk but I want to explore MS apps.
Here are my usecases
1. I have a team who get emails as cases (tickets). I want these tickets to be converted into cases automatically in Dynamics
2. I should be able to track them accordingly
3. These tickets will be part of dynamics, but i also want to show them on my Web application to a certain degree for history or continous conversation purpose.
4. I also want to share important calendar dates from my outlook to the web application.
Any suggestions?
