Import solution to vanilla instance error

(1) ShareShare

Trying to import an umanaged solution to a vanilla CRM instance, but failed with following error: No rows could be found for Attribute with id e9a730a5-b3fe-4a31-bde3-0602ae87f4e0 if Attribute were published.

The entity which is causing the error is incident.

The source organization version is 8.2.2.333 and the target organization version is 9.0.1.425. Wondering if this might be causing the error?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is interesting. I just saw another thread with the same issue.

It looks like some new bug/issue.

Check if you are able to import the same solution in v8 .if yes then contact MS to get the fix

    Hi Ravi,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, I was able to move the solution in v8.

Seems like I have to first upgrade our source system to v9 and then move solution to target system.

May have something to do with the languages - here is a somewhat similar error:

    https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/229341

Do you have the same language settings in both environments?
