Funny Invoice Numbers generating

Hi, I have a client that occasionally when they raise a customer invoice, the system is generating weird invoice numbers. See below screenshot. I honestly have no idea where to start looking. I checked No series, nothing weird there. They don't have staff invoicing at the same time, it seems like the system cannot return the next number thus resulting in the below. Has anyone seen this before. Also seem to always happen to the same user.

    That's a strange one. It looks like its using the system id/GUID of the posted invoice as its number. How are these invoice created? Are the unposted orders/invoices created manually, or are they imported or created automatically somehow? Do you have any customizations that can affect orders/invoices?
     
    There's a similar thread here, so either someone is having the same exact issue or the question was asked in relation to the same customer.

    Hi, It seems to be related to the field I mentioned below.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: Manual number for Posted Sales invoice and Posted Purchase invoice (Use the same number in Sales Order and Posted Sales Invoice?)
     
    But it doesn't seem to be added artificially. I think it is a problem caused by customization.
