Dear Expert. Im owner and user of microsot dynamics CRM installed in a windows server in a data center (hosting). RIght now, im needing to integrate dynamics CRM in a web service, for electronic invoice. Any know what is the proccedure to begin?

    Hi,

    You can start referring Dynamics CRM 2015 SDK [View:https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-in/library/gg309401(v=crm.7).aspx:750:50] which can help you to understand web services available for Dynamics CRM. These web services can be consumed by other applications to query CRM data and similarly to send any data to CRM. You have not provided any details about your target system, if you can provide some details about target system that can help.

    Could you please provide some more details on your requirement? DO you want to connect to your CRM and create/ update records from your web service?

    If yes, then the first step would be to download the CRM SDK.

    There is a sample in SDK which performs the CRUD operations.
