We are on BC SaaS 17.5 version and email was working. Now we turned on MFA and couldn't get emails out. I did login under my email and was able to send an email out however we couldn't use a common email like sales@abc.com as before. Is there any guide to set this up? in 17.5 version we don't use the old SMTP setup screen

Is there a specific error you encounter and how did you enable MFA, via an Azure policy or on a per user base with an App password.
