I am setting up emailing of a PO document, to a supplier contact (via email) - using Print Management.
I get the error "email address with purpose business does not exist" .. What am i doing wrong in my setup?

When do you get the error msg? By printing the Po document? If yes please check the settings in print management. There is a filter for purpose. If there is to email address with the same purpose defined you will get this error.

Strange, I have the same configuration and it‘s working as expected. Just to be sure, the email address is linked to the vendor isn‘t it?
What version of D365 you are using? I‘ve tested in 10.0.8 and 10.0.9.
the contact must have the purpose value of 'Business' and should have the email then the PO email would pick it up
Hi Christoph - correct. The email address is linked to the Contact Information fasttab, on the Vendor (not the Vendor Contact). Is that correct?
That`s ok. I have just now rechecked it in a Contoso 10.0.9 environment with supplier 1001 - Acme Office Supplies
The vendor setup is like this. Just a email with purpose "Business"
when I print the report for the purchase order the setup is like this
As result I receive an email to the mail address I entered as purpose "Business" at the vendor.
What`s the version number of your installation?

no, a quick check in 10.0.8 works well for me as well. May you go back to the beginning. Please check it in your sandbox or dev environment with a new supplier and purchase order.
To be sure: Do you have any modifications in this area (email, purpose,...)?
If not and it is not working in Sandbox or Dev as well I suggest to create a support ticket at Microsoft.

I have tripple-checked myself, and my settings.. No modifications either.

also ensure your email sending batch job is running and could also see the status in an inquiry screen for email sending
