Copy/Move a Power Apps dataflow from one env to another

I have created a D365 power apps dataflow in my Sandbox environment and need to move it over to Production. Is there a way to do this without recreating the dataflow?

Thanks for the info. I attempted to copy my dataflow into a solution in the Sandbox env but all I got was a spinning wheel - overnight! I am opening a ticket with MicroSoft.
