Hi

On one of our projects, we are facing performance issues. While inspecting requests launched from IE during onLoad, we find that some services take long to load:

- MessageBar.asmx
- AnnotationBar.asmx
- RecentlyViewedWebService.asmx
- LookupMruWebService.asmx

Can any of you explain what these services are used for? Can we configure some settings to load these forms faster?

    Hi,

    can you check with another browsers like chrome if they still takes time to load or only with IE. Try clearing browser cookies and temp data of your machine to make it run/load data faster and also can try restarting once. And pls check is this problem with only one system or more than one system is affected due to this.

    services are used for- In simple terms the primary job with Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 is generally to customize the system as per the needs. In most of the cases, Customizations & Integration is done through Web Front-End of Dynamics CRM, but there are some situations arise when we need to integrate our own code or even third party code with CRM.

    Hi

    we see these load times on all environments (dev, qa, prod). We already have made a registry setting, FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPERSERVER set to 16.

    This happens on all machines, most production users work on Citrix, but this can also be simulated on dev server. Other browsers might be faster, but customer had to choose for IE9 due to other constraints.
