How to read blob file of templates ?

I am trying to read stream of templates

TemplateTable.CALCFIELDS(ImportTemp);
IF TemplateTable.GET('141') THEN
TemplateTable.CALCFIELDS(ImportTemp);
TempBlob.Blob.CREATEINSTREAM(Ins);
WHILE NOT Ins.EOS DO BEGIN
