I want to show the alert using plugin, after user click ok button the plugin should not roll back.
Please explain any one.

In my knowledge, you cannot do that.
Could you replace the plugin with an action? You could call the action with some JavaScript and then pass the alert message from the code as an output parameter, which is accessible in your JavaScript. That message could then be displayed to the user.
This cannot be done purely through c# code plugin.
You should use plugin only for backend code. Instead, make a popup with javascript that triggers the plugin, or create a workflow activity triggered by a dialogue, or something like that.
