Our system has a lt of customization so we dont use lot OOB features. I am looking in the ribbon to see if it was hidden. Any idea what entity the Reports would be conntected to

I have gone thru 4/5 of 30 and havent found it

If somebody played around with Ribbon workbench thats possible. You could create a solution which contains the report entity, open it in the Ribbon Workbench and check if there are Hide actions for that entity.

if you want to hide some menu items, it would be better to add display rules based on entity privileges.

    burnignorance.com/.../set-user-defined-columns-header-in-crm-4

You need to go to the reports area. Then select your report and click on edit. Then click on actions and download report. After your done. You can upload the report there again by choosing create from existing file
