MS Dynamics CRM 2016 On Premises
For Some system users MS Dynamics CRM work slow, like Page loading time is more than 10 sec, record saving take 5 secs. on navigation or grid load take 5 secs.

Multiple users have same role, but  for some work fine, 4 users have this issue.

I created  the new user in Active Directory, added to CRM, and assigned the same role work fine.

I don't know what's the issue.

Any one have idea about this issue, how to fix it?

For the users that have the performance issue, is it only Dynamics that is slow, or do they have other applications that are slow.

If this is something that is not across the board, most likely there is some network troubleshooting or performance configuration that has to be done on the user's machines. Possibly some proxy settings are different, which cause additional lagging in accessing the environment.

You will have to do the investigation. I don't think there is a quick and easy answer.

    Hope this helps.

Aric Levin is true, sometimes it can be about the client specs. Sometimes can be about your customization. Sometimes can be about networking issue. You should try investigate one by one. Begin from spec and networking should be easy to do.

    Hi Bilal,

You can use the inbuilt diagnostic tool to and compare the latency/ bandwidth between the working & non working user. This will give you some idea about if it is client related or not.

    Hello,

You are try diagnostics and see how much time it's taking during loading as suggested

You can also utilize fiddler: crmbusiness.wordpress.com/.../getting-started-with-fiddler-and-crm

Another option to check you can also try to SQL profiler as you are on on premise to see www.red-gate.com/.../how-to-identify-slow-running-queries-with-sql-profiler

Make sure you share your findings so that it will help others as well

    Hi Erec and Temmy,

I checked this user on different machines. but Dynamics is slow.

it's not specs or networking issue, before it was working fine on same machine, but it is happening from last week.

    Hi Ravi & Mahinder,

I used diagnostics tool for different users on same machine, only 4 users have issue, didn't find any issue, just response time is slow.
