'Error' on load of a custom account form.

I'm having an issue on load of a custom account form. All JavaScript onload has been disabled as well as business rules. The system has no Plugins running against the account entity also, but I get this...

on clicking Ok the page sits loading forever with the message 'Requesting data from CRM'.

Any pointers most appreciated as I have a few new fields on the form, and would prefer not to recreate it.

    Hi Graeme, Its worth checking the server logs and even temporarily enabling tracing on the CRM server to capture more details

    The logs didn't help unfortunately. So, I deactivated the trouble form and recreated it, with all the same fields, scripts and rules and it works. So, the deleted the old, looks like the old one got corrupted somehow.
