How can I use advanced find for contacts in a dynamic mailing list

I'm trying to use an advanced find to find some contacts in a dynamic mailing list who have some specific fields. When I run it, it returns no contacts even though I know there are contacts in the mailing list. Any ideas?

For a dynamic marketing list, your query should use the same criteria as used in the marketing list. I expect you're trying to do an Advanced Find that includes the listmember entity. The listmember entity is only used in static marketing lists, so won't return any data if linked to a dynamic marketing list

Dynamic marketing list will be updated for members with latest data based on filters used in adv.find query. Also you may need to refresh the screen to see the updated members list.

    Hi Mark,

Could you please share your advance find query screenshot. It is possible that you are referencing a wrong field etc.

    Thanks, Goutam.

The Marketing List is in our Marketing Entity and the contacts in our Contacts Entity, would that explain why the query doesn't retrieve anything?

    Hi Mark,

This is might be following reason -

    - The records which you know might be belongs to some another Business Unit.

    - Make sure  you have sufficient permission to access the record.

In addition check with another browser or another user login.

    Hope this helps.
