I have an installation of CRM 4.0 configured for Internet Facing Deployment. I have 5 users that connect to this system, all using the Outlook CRM client. There are no errors that appear however 4 users are evidently not loading the forms correctly. If, on my machine, I open an Account page, then navigate to "History", and then change the "Filter On" drop down to "all", I get a brief loading message followed by all history items. On all 4 other machines, following this exact sequence, nothing happens to the history view. It's as if the drop down was never used. This happens with any account on those machines, just not mine. Everything appears to work correctly on my computer.
Also, if I go into the Customization portion of CRM and try to add a new column to any form, the "add column" dialog does appear but there are no columns to choose from. ON other machines, the fields do populate correctly. There is quite obviously something going on with CRM and the way it's interfacing with my machines here but I don't know what it is. I've manually compared the internet security options between my computer and the others and confirmed that, checkbox for checkbox, they're all identical. I've also tried installed new Java runtime environments to no effect. What could be causing this behavior?
