Price List help needed

We attempted to delete old products / price lists. We really only need 1 price list with 3 products (currently named with 21 in our system.) The challenge we are running into is that we can’t remove old options because they are connected with old closed out opportunities. How can we clean up the system so that data entry on opportunities is streamlined and sales users can find the proper products / price lists quickly? The new UI interface has made it so there are more steps and it’s more challenging to add the products the “product line” section that is required for our sports opportunities.

      Hi,

      You should deactivate the old product/price list and not delete them.

      These entities are master data and should be kept in the system for audit purposes.

      Deactivation will hide these records from lookup and you should be good to go.
