"Bundling" Activities into multiple Service Checkpoints on a single Case

Hi all, new-ish user here. We have D365 Sales + Customer Service + Marketing. Currently, the requirement is to have a Case, and each case has 3 /service checkpoints/ (initial contact, 6 month contact, 12 month contact). The workflow for each service checkpoint is:
  1. Phone Call
    1. if not answered, Phone Call again in 2 days
      1. If not answered, Email in 1 week
 
Is there an OotB way to /bundle/ activities/ towards service checkpoints while preserving the activities link to the case record?

    Hi,
     
    You can try to create a view containing cases, and associated BPF process stages. Activities can be viewed in Form by creating a subgrid view.
    Regarding the BPF process stages can be stored using a field.
