Hi all, new-ish user here. We have D365 Sales + Customer Service + Marketing. Currently, the requirement is to have a Case, and each case has 3 /service checkpoints/ (initial contact, 6 month contact, 12 month contact). The workflow for each service checkpoint is:
- Phone Call
- if not answered, Phone Call again in 2 days
- If not answered, Email in 1 week
Is there an OotB way to /bundle/ activities/ towards service checkpoints while preserving the activities link to the case record?
