Hi Guys

I have a customer with RMS HQ that would like to intergrate with SAP EEC6.

Has anyone out there had any experience with or done this?

Any advice would be much appreciated

    You can try this with Tenfold, a third-party connector. Our software integrates SAP CRM with major telephone systems
