Hi,
We have now upgraded our CRM 2011 to CRM 2013.
Unlike this post telling the connector is full compatible since version 2.1 (Link), each of our versions failed to do the work :
- 2.3.1225.1 & 2.3.1306.1 :
- Error 1 : during CRM Adaptater Configuration, step "Adding the ISV Extension Privilege to the Salesperson role" : "Inherited roles cannot be modified".
- Error 2 : Map named "NAV Customer Card to Account" trying to create a new Account : "the entity with a name = 'Account' was not found in the metadatacache"
- 3.1.407.1 & 3.2.606.2 (Feb. 2014) :
- Error 1 : no error
- Error 2 : same Error
- Error 3 (?) : Map named "NAV Customer Card to Account" achieving Account update : Value of field dynamics_integrationkey has changed from "CT00001" to "CT00001,83026539-94ed-4c3f-89bf-0985a12aa9f3" (original value & ",[GUID]" of the record) - (did not check with v2 versions)
So we can not sync our New Nav Records and of course we do not use any of the others.
Anyone for a good idea ?
Error 2:
We look at connector logs, windows logs, CRM logs : no hint
We try to export a solution containing Account entity to check for the word Account with "A" with a capital letter : no conclusive result
We try to export the connector map for the same thing : no conclusive result
How is it possible to meet as many issues in this product ??
Are we the only ones to use the connector ??
And even if we find a solution, what about the bad performance and huge server ressources consumption (Link) - (we still not check...)
