Hello,

On the sales module, i have got a requirement to setup sales manager based on region.

Example: Regions are South America, North America, Japan.

there is sales manager for each region and we need to setup roles that they should not see other's region lead.

How can we do this ? please !

    Hi Syed,

    For this task i think you could consider either using Teams for each region and assign the records to the Team or Business Units - have a business unit for each region and set up the security roles so that the users can see only the records from the BU they are part off.

    Hi Sayed,

    As far as I know for your requirement you should use manager hierarchy.As manager hierarchy deals within business unit which is allign your requirement.

    For more info you can go through details about manager hierarchy. You can also see the details of position hierarchy.
