We would like to use the “linked refund” to transfer funds back to the original payment method in case of a return.
I have already done some research and noticed that this should work out of the box with the Adyen payment connector.
I followed this documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/dev-itpro/linked-refunds) to setup the linked refunds in Commerce Headquarters.
Even though the Adyen connector works fine while making purchases and all settings have been configured according to the documentation above, I receive the following error messages when I try to process a linked refund (see pictures).
Could you please advise on how to solve this?
My test procedure was the following:
Purchasing an Item on our iPhone Cpos and tendering the creditcard payment with the Adyen test card on the Adyen terminal connected via Cloud API with our shared hardware station.
Going back to the transaction and perform a “return”. Tendering the return payment using the previously used card option.
Then I received the error.
