Opportunity Close Won Ratio

ReportReport
Posted on by

Hi All,

I'm looking to create a report that shows the "closed won" ratio of all the opportunities a rep has opened. I would also like to take this further and understand what percent of the opportunities close won at each pipeline phase.

I don't think this should be too difficult as it is something all sales teams would want to know I'm sure? Is there an out of the box solution to that or is it going to be custom?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Which technology you are using? Wizard, SSRS or FetchXML? I'm not reporting expert, but it looks to me only feasible with SSRS (and that's feasible only  on-premise). If you are using other technologies, I don't see the way to have e.g. count of won, count of lost and then do divide these two numbers.  Here is topic where you can find that it is not possible for FetchXML community.dynamics.com/.../231386

And Wizard is only subset of fetchXML, so not possible with that too.

For online, I see possibility to make Webresource (HTML/javascript) doing it, or to have e.g field where plugin or will calculate it.
