Hi how can i add existing form in "Opportunity entity" from another solution to my solution ?
then i will change my form and then
How will i show that new form in sales module because there is already "Opportunity entity" form available ?

You can add new form in solution and then set it as default form like give in this article-

Hi Zaub,

Are those solution are unmanaged solution?

In case of unmanaged solution creating any form in one solution will show in another solution by default if you choose all assets while adding opportunity.

To add the forms from other solution you can simply remove the opportunity entity from unmanaged solution and add opportunity entity again into the unmanaged solution . While adding the entity you can choose add all assets or forms if you need to add selected forms.

Now once you add different form then you can apply role based forms for the user which you want to display whom.

Hi,

You don't need to add the form to your solution, you can simply disable that form using default solution, after that you only you form will be visible to the user, Settings->Customization->Customize the system, select the main form and deactivate it.

Hi zaub,

Follow the steps below.

Go to your solution and click on Add Existing.

Select Opportunity and click OK.

In the window that appears, select the opportunity form you need to use and click Finish.

Now expand Entities, Opportunities and click on Forms in solution.

Go to existing opportunity form. Make the necessary changes to the form and click on Save As.

Give a suitable name to the changed form and click on OK.

Go back to Solution and select the newly created form. Click on Form Order button and select Main Form Set.

Change the order of the forms keeping the new opportunity form on the top.

Also, select the form and click on Enable Security Roles button to give form access to specific security roles.
