Hi, I am trying to editing the existing email templates, some of them need change the html, but how can I edit the html for the existing templates?

Please use the Unified Interface for the Dynamics 365.
It has a Rich Text and HTML editor built-in.

It is quite limited, it doesn't help
If you want rich HTML editing you could use Visual Studio code or Visual Studio other IDEs and then copy and paste into email template as HTML.
