Do Business Rules run when a record is created by a Plugin?
Do Business Rules lock fields when they execute?
I have a 3rd Party Plugin that creates Leads but sometimes the data is not all populated to the created Lead. Sometimes only the email address field is populated, then I will have to manually type in the rest of the data. I have active Business Rules on the Lead that checks a text field's value and update a drop-down field.
