Dynamics crm page not loading

Hello

When I try to load our crm webpage I get an error.

Internet Explorer gives me

It looks like something went wrong

Network Request Failed

Chrome and Edge gives me

It looks like something went wrong

failed to fetch

I found another post on a different site, stating I believe the same thing. However no solution was given.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Effective March 2020, the home page for Dynamics 365 applications (https://home.dynamics.com) is deprecated and won't be available after October 1, 2020. The Microsoft 365 apps page (https://www.office.com/apps) will replace it and provide users with a single page for productivity and business applications.

Dynamics 365 Home users will see notification about the new location and recommendation to change browser bookmarks until October 1, 2020. After October 1, 2020, users navigating to https://home.dynamics.com will automatically be redirected to https://www.office.com/apps with a business application filter applied.

I do not get a plank page, I get taken to home.dynamics.com. This is where I get the error, however I just checked again and it seems that Dynamics is working. Not sure why.

Thank you all for your help. I will try and dig a little more to see if I can find why this happened, however I am not sure how far my digging will get with the page back online and not error showing.

When going to the link directly, it works.

However, I cannot expect people to remember a url every time.

Hi,

What happens when you directly open your CRM instance using URL?

CrmOrg.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx

replace CrmOrg placeholder with your CRM instance.

Hello Pankaj,

Happens anytime I go to office.com and click on dynamics 365.

I get an error

Uncaught (in promise) Error getting available apps: home.dynamics.com/:1 {"error":"Failed to fetch","ok":false}

Can you check the browser console window or the network tab for any error information? Is it happening each time you load the page.
